A little about us...
Welcome to Double Dutch Rabbitry, where our passion for Dutch rabbits is as vibrant as the bunnies we raise. Our journey began with a single tort Dutch rabbit named Cappy--short for Capybara--who captured Haley's heart and sparked a love for animals that would soon inspire a business. Haley's enthusiasm for learning everything about showing, breeding, and caring for rabbits quickly spread to her older sister, Sophia. Together, their shared love for these wonderful creatures led to the creation of Double Dutch Rabbitry.
As the two oldest of five siblings, Sophia and Haley are driven by a commitment to ethical breeding practices and the desire to better the Dutch rabbit breed. We believe in raising healthy, vibrant rabbits that not only excel in shows but also make delightful companions as pets. Our work is rooted in a deep appreciation for the beauty of God's creation, and we strive to share that joy with others by educating them about the incredible qualities of Dutch rabbits.
